BirrXchange is a peer-to-peer platform that connects users looking to exchange USD and Ethiopian Birr. We do not facilitate, handle, or process any payments or currency transfers. All transactions occur directly between users, and BirrXchange assumes no liability for the outcome of any exchange. By using this platform, you agree that you are solely responsible for conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with your local laws.

Neither BirrXchange nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Services will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data or goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure or the cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use the Services.
